Most membranes a cut using computer generated patterns and cut on a plotter cutter for accuracy.
Tension cables and fittings are stainless steel.
Fabric choices include Hiraoka PVC, Bochini, Ferrari Precontraint PVC, Melher Valmex 580 Polymar PVC to name a few. These vinyls have special coatings to withstand the harsh Australian enviroment and have excellent tensile strength.
